This week is our county fair week. We took my son's pen of 3 in last night and they weighed over 21lbs!! WE were excited that the broilers made weight however, I'm not looking forward to being at the fair all week!!! Monday and Thursday are our big days there. Tuesday our remaining broilers are getting butchered. I'm planning on using the crockpot all week long!
Breakfast-
Monday will be bags of cereal and fruit on the way to fair
baked peanut butter oatmeal
eggs/bacon
baked peanut butter oatmeal
gluten free pancakes
eggs/bacon/fruit
Lunches are left overs or
snacky lunch on Monday fruit/yogurt/chips
tacos
baked potatoes
Thursday will be another snack lunch at the fair
Dinner-
crockpot taco soup
salsa chicken/with rice
stuffed peppers
Spice Rub Chicken
homemade pizza
