Weekly Menu and Plans

This week starts a busy season for us. My daughter's gymnastic recital is coming up and with that means extra practices. Our local farmer's market opens this weekend and I'll be selling our homemade gluten free goodies so this week will find me baking a lot.
My future sister-in-laws bridal shower is this coming weekend so I'll be making cheesecakes for that.

I'm also gearing up for a huge OAMC session. We've been eating way too many mac and cheese dinners lately so I'm going back to freezer cooking. I'll be sharing my freezer plan later this week.

Here's our menu for the week...
breakfast-
snickerdoodle coffee cake
baked pb oatmeal
pancakes
muffins/fruit
toast/bacon/eggs
doughnuts

lunch-leftovers or
taco soup
sloppy joe
chicken patty sandwiches

Dinner-
bourbon chicken/rice
brown sugar meatloaf/mashed potatoes/carrots
Hawaiian pulled pork/cheesy fries
salsa chicken/rice
broccoli beef/rice
grill-hamburgers
grill-marinated flank steak/smashed garlic potatoes/salad

I would love your bourbon chicken recipe, that sounds great. Good luck at the farmer's market, I hope you make lots of money.
