Weekly Menu Plan

We're entering week three of our spending freeze but we haven't even begun to make a dent in our deep freezer. Our pantry is starting to get bare though as well as the fridge. I needed some snacks so I experimented with making fruit roll ups. They turned out well and I've found a great way to use up some of our frozen fruit. I'm also going to experiment with a batch of homemade gluten free flour since I'm almost out of our favorite, Gluten Free Pantry All Purpose flour.

Here's what we're eating this week.

Breakfasts are baked peanut butter oatmeal, gluten free banana bread, homemade yogurt

Lunch- leftovers or sloppy joe, baked potato bar, mac and cheese

Dinner-
* chicken and rice soup
* Stuffed Peppers in crock pot
* pasta
* cheddar bbq bacon chicken, mashed potato
*homemade pizza
* chili

Thanks for the honest look into your life. I'm really encouraged each time I read your blog and see new ways you are trying to support your husband by saving as much money and by utilizing what you have stored up.
Keep chugging along because God is faithful and he'll help you each minute of each day.
Resting in Him,
Kim
