Weekly Menu Plan


I cannot believe that it's the last week of 2010. This year has flown by! Here's what we're eating this week.

Breakfast-
baked peanut butter oatmeal
gluten free snicker doodle coffee cake
bacon and eggs
gluten free pancakes
gluten free banana muffins
hash browns and eggs

Lunches are leftovers or
steamed veggies with rice
baked potato bar

Dinner-
mini meatloaves, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots
potato soup
3 packet roast, fried potatoes, broccoli
veggie soup
New Year's Eve will be a snack type dinner--meatballs, popcorn, homemade pizza
ham, scalloped potatoes, biscuits

I love your idea about a baked potato bar, those are so much fun! I love to put sour cream, butter, bacon bits, fresh chives, and either taco meat or bbq out when I have one of those!

We usually do the snack dinner on New Years as well! =)
