Menu Plan Monday

This week we're eating from our pantry. We have decided as a family that we are going gluten free for July to see if there is any improvement in our health. We're using this week to finish up some of our pasta and other gluten filled foods. I'm excited about this new adventure but concerned about breakfast/lunch time. We don't eat any gluten at dinner but it was nice to have pancakes and mac and cheese!! I also need to stay within our budget so I'm not going to be buying gluten free foods. I'll be focusing mostly on lots of fresh produce and great quality meat and dairy products. We aren't big snack fans but I have a few gluten free goodies that I make so that will help.

Here's what we're eating this week...

Fried chicken/mashed potatoes/fresh sweet corn from friends!!
stuffed peppers in crock pot
bourbon chicken/rice
grilling out for 4th of July celebration

I love all the yummy foods and cook outs for the 4th! I see you have two - great planning! I can hardly wait for the fresh fruits, grilled burgers and fun desserts :)
