This past week as been unusual. I had a freezer session planned and got some of it done but then life threw a real wrench in the plan...our well for our water decided to get "sick" and we've not been able to use it other than to flush toilets and occasionally the dishwasher. We had to improvise a lot of meals and ended up staying in a hotel for a night. It's been crazy but hopefully the end is near. We also found out that a heating element went out in the hot water tank. Thankfully, we're renting so the landlord is taking care of everything.
I'm hoping this week will get back to normal!! Of course with five kids, a dog, and a cat what is normal anyway??
