Menu Plan Monday--the Burnout Edition
We're into week three of public school and all is going well. There is an abundant amount of paper work that needs to be filled out along with a supply list that seems never ending!!! My daughters' activities have started as well. We're now running to home school co-op, a science and history class, volleyball, and soon home school sewing!! I feel burn out slipping in and I'm trying to stay ahead of it! This week I'm focusing on simple meals from the freezer and really working on getting de-cluttered around the house, catching up on chores and lessons!!
Here's what we're eating this week
Breakfast-
baked peanut butter oatmeal x2
gluten free chocolate chip muffins
gluten free pancakes
gluten free snicker doodle coffee cake
Lunch leftovers or-
grilled cheese
taco soup
hot dogs
Dinner-
Bourbon chicken/rice
lasagna/salad
stuffed peppers
3 packet roast/smashed potatoes/Parmesan green beans
homemade pizza
grill
grill

Could you post your recipe for peanut butter oatmeal? My kids are starting to like oatmeal and this sounds good.
