Yesterday my dad helped me can 7 quarts of vegetable soup, two quarts of Ketchup, and 4 quarts of sauce. Tonight I will be making two more batches of ketchup.
This has been a very productive year for me!! I'm so grateful for parents who are willing to help their daughter can!!

18 quarts of salsa today. salsa, diced tomatoes, tomatoe juice tomorrow. hope to freeze veggie soup and cabbage rolls too!
