A New Addition to Our Homestead

My five year old and I were yard sailing on Saturday and at our first stop we found.....a puppy!! Daisy is a nine week old half lab half Australian shepherd and just beautiful. The kids love her to pieces!! Daisy will cost us some money but having a puppy to love is priceless!!

I'm still enjoying the cloth diapers but I definetly need some more. I used cloth overnight last night and we had no leaks!! I was impressed. I like the Bumgenius 3.0 the best. It isn't bulky and it doesn't leak.

Our weekend was busy and we did eat out twice. My husband might have sold his Harley though so at least that was frugal! I also signed up to sell our used curriculum at our used bookstore so I'll make money and declutter!

My cucumber plants are starting to bloom and the zucchini are covered with huge blossoms. I need to figure out an easy way to keep the pup out of the garden!

Hi! I found your blog when I was doing a search on cloth diapers. That is great they are working overnight for you. If you run into problems, you may want to try a super-do insert. This is a combination of hemp and microfiber and I have yet to see a child leak through these. They go in any pocket diaper. If you have any questions about cloth diapering or need advice, I'm happy to help. I've been running a cloth diapering store for 4 years and have helped many families cloth diaper successfully.

Have a great day!
