Baked French Toast

Help!! I have a huge favor to ask you all. I keep trying to make baked french toast and mine always ends up really soggy...even after baking for 40-45 minutes. If you have a fool proof recipe would you let me know? Or if you have any advice about what I might be doing wrong please let me know! Thank you so much!
